Contact Pantry Locator
We are a small editorial team and we read every message. Because we are not a food bank, we cannot dispatch food, place you on a waiting list, or sign you up for federal benefits. But we can correct a listing, add a missing pantry, or point you to the right local resource.
For listing corrections
If you operate a food pantry and want to update your hours, address, eligibility rules, or remove a listing, email listings@pantrylocator.com with your name, role, and the URL of the listing on our site. We respond within a few business days.
For people seeking food
If you need food today, please do not wait for an email reply — dial 2-1-1 from any phone for an immediate referral, or use our same-day help guide. If your local pantry on Pantry Locator appears closed or out of food, search for nearby pantries on the city page or in a neighboring city.
Press, partnerships and feedback
For media inquiries, partnerships with food banks or government agencies, or general feedback about the site, email hello@pantrylocator.com. We particularly welcome feedback from social workers, school counselors, librarians, healthcare navigators and 211 staff who use the site as part of their work.
Pantry Locator is an online-only editorial project; we do not maintain a public mailing address. The fastest way to reach us for any of the reasons above is one of the email addresses listed here.
