Privacy Policy
PantryFinder is designed to be useful even if you trust us with as little information as possible. We do not require an account, we do not track individuals across the web, and we do not sell user data. This page describes what we do collect and why.
Information we collect automatically
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider records server logs that include the IP address making each request, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and the user agent string of the browser. These logs are used to detect abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. They are retained for a limited period and not shared with third parties.
Cookies
PantryFinder itself does not set tracking cookies. If we run advertising through a third-party network (such as Google AdSense), that network may set its own cookies on your browser to limit ad repetition and report anonymized performance to advertisers. You can opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices and adjust your browser settings to block third-party cookies.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to follow up. We do not share your contact information with anyone outside the small editorial team.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience but contains information valuable to teenagers and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
If you live in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you and request its deletion. Email privacy@pantryfinder.example and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We will post any material changes to this page and date them clearly. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
